Effortless laundry drying
ELECTROLUX EW6D285AE tumble dryer
The ELECTROLUX EW6D285AE is a freestanding tumble dryer with a heat pump that combines energy efficiency with gentle laundry care. With a capacity of up to 8kg, it is ideal for medium to large households that need to dry everyday and special laundry items quickly and efficiently. The GentleCare technology ensures even drying at lower temperatures, helping to keep your clothes' colours and textures looking like new.
MixCare – no need to sort fabrics
The option to dry mixed loads (e.g. cotton and synthetics) without sorting them first. The dryer's technical features ensure even results, even with loads of different material types.
GentleCare – gentle care for your clothes
The GentleCare technology is designed to dry at significantly lower temperatures than conventional dryers. This dries your laundry evenly and gently, which helps protect fabric fibres from excessive wear and tear. As a result, clothes retain their shape, colour and softness for longer and are less prone to shrinking or damage. GentleCare is suitable not only for regular cotton laundry, but also for more delicate materials that require extra care. The result is laundry that feels fresh, soft and pleasant to the touch, even with frequent use of the dryer.
It handles both large and small loads.
The ELECTROLUX EW6D285AE tumble dryer handles both large and small loads thanks to its SensiCare technology. You don't have to go to the trouble of separating your laundry – it holds up to 8kg per load. The dryer has an energy rating of C, a condensation efficiency class of C, and a noise level of around 67dB, placing it in noise class C.
Drying bedding will be a breeze
The bedding programme on this Electrolux dryer is much more than just ‘normal drying’ — it’s designed to give large items an even and thorough dry without needing to split them into smaller loads. With the Bed Linen XL programme, it ensures that warm air passes through the material more thoroughly.
Quick and easy cleaning with EasyClean
The Electrolux EW6D285AE dryer features a practical EasyClean filter, which makes daily maintenance of the appliance easier and helps maintain its long-term efficiency. The filter is easily accessible and designed so that dirt and fibres can be quickly removed without any complicated handling.
No more creased laundry with Anticrease
The Anticrease function is a practical feature that prevents excessive creasing of laundry after the drying cycle finishes. Once the programme is complete, the dryer regularly and gently tumbles the laundry, which minimises creases and makes subsequent ironing easier, or even lets you fold the laundry straight away and put it in the wardrobe.
