The user can access alarm history, energy consumption logs, serial numbers, and firmware versions, which speeds up the diagnosis of any potential issues. For centralised management of multiple units, the power supply can be fitted with an Eaton gigabit network card and integrated into the Eaton Intelligent Power Management (IPM) platform. The software monitors and controls power devices in both physical and virtual environments. You can customise the backup power supply's runtime to meet specific requirements by adding up to four external battery modules (EBMs). The system automatically recognises the modules upon connection, simplifying installation and configuration. A key feature for maintaining continuous operation is the ability to hot-swap batteries. This allows a service technician to replace internal batteries or connected EBMs without needing to shut down the connected equipment. This effectively reduces planned downtime and increases the availability of protected systems.
