Round Moul'flex mould from French brand de Buyer, made from pure culinary silicone, is ideal for making desserts, cakes, cakes and puddings. The flexible mould evenly distributes and absorbs heat. It has a smooth, non-stick surface and you do not have to worry about removing the things you've baked because they'll come out easily. The mould is suitable for temperatures ranging from -40°C to +280°C. It can be used for bain-maries and in the freezer and is suitable for traditional and microwave ovens. Handwashing is recommended. 

Tip: Please remove the instructions before using it for the first time. For better baking and flow of hot or cold air, place the mould on a grate.
