With the Coravin Timeless Three + Wine Preservation System you can taste at different time intervals
Based on the unique technology of the Coravin Timeless Three + Wine Preservation System, the thin needle penetrates the cork without damaging it. When pouring wine, the contents of the bottle are replaced with food gas to prevent oxidation. After removing the needle, the cork is sealed again, allowing repeated tasting at different time intervals. The needle is Teflon coated for easy piercing of the cork.

Use:
Place the Coravin Timeless Three + Wine Preservation System bottle opener on the neck of the bottle and press down to allow the needle to penetrate the cork. When the lever is pressed, the wine starts to flow and at the same time the protective gas is released into the bottle. After removing the needle, the cork is sealed again and the wine remains intact.
