An integrated 100ml water container allows you to use steam during cooking, while the large transparent window with internal lighting makes it easy to check on your food without opening the fryer. The colour digital control panel ensures convenient setting adjustments.

CRISPY and JUICY for Crispy and Succulent Dishes
The CATLER AF 500 combines two cooking methods depending on the desired result. JUICY mode uses steam, which helps to preserve the natural moisture of meat, fish, or seafood. In contrast, CRISPY mode focuses on achieving a crispy surface. Both modes allow you to adapt the cooking process to the character of the individual ingredients.
Steam Nozzle with Water Container
The integrated 100ml water container supplies the steam system when using JUICY mode. Adding steam during cooking helps to prevent food from drying out and preserves its succulence. A practical low water level alert also informs you when the container needs to be refilled.
Colour Touchscreen Display
The colour digital control panel allows you to conveniently set the various functions of the CATLER AF 500 fryer. You can easily select one of the eight programmes, the desired temperature in the range of 40 to 200°C, or the cooking time from 1 to 60 minutes.
Check Your Cooking without Opening the Lid
The large transparent window, together with the internal light, allows you to monitor the progress of your food without having to open the fryer. This prevents unnecessary heat loss and maintains a stable temperature inside the basket while you check.
