Nothing Stands in Your Way

The touchscreen provides a user-friendly interface and gives you easy access to all the camera settings. Using the Legria HF R86 is also made easier by the Smart Auto Auto Scene mode, which intelligently selects the most appropriate settings. Based on the analysis, it records all the details and ensures crisp contrast between the light and dark areas, even in bright scenes. The Audio Scene Select, which automatically selects the optimal audio settings for each scene, is also a major feature — it ensures that you always have the best possible sound.

Always a Perfect Picture with Intelligent Image Stabilization

The camcorder offers 32x optical zoom and an impressive 57x digital zoom for recording very distant subjects. Users also have a reliable auto assistant for choosing the best settings, so they will never miss an important shot. Intelligent image stabilization eliminates camera shake, even when zoomed in. The resulting shots will be sharp, whether you record your child's first steps or capture the perfect holiday scene.
