The best energy class A
Thanks to their energy management system, Bosch washing machines achieve the highest energy class A and ensure efficient laundry washing.
Energy-efficient and quiet motor
The efficient and quiet brushless motor's design reduces noise, vibration and heat during operation. By reducing friction, it also contributes to the long-term high performance of the appliance.
Perfect washing results in less time
The BOSCH WGG244Z9BY washing machine has SpeedPerfect, a special function developed for situations where time is of the essence. You can use it to significantly reduce the washing time without compromising the quality of the wash.
The function can be used in combination with most programmes, all load sizes and types of textiles. For example, by selecting the Mix programme in combination with the additional SpeedPerfect function, you can wash up to 4 kilograms of a mixed load in just 46 minutes.
The BOSCH WGG244Z9BY washing machine lets you add laundry even during the wash
When was the last time you filled the washing machine, started the wash, and then realised you'd forgotten a child's sock or a T-shirt? The Reload function on the BOSCH WGG244Z9BY washing machine lets you easily add forgotten clothes or remove laundry even during the wash cycle.* Simply pause the running programme and open the door to easily place the forgotten items in the drum, and then continue washing.
(*Adding is not possible if the suds temperature is higher than 50°C or the water level in the drum is too high.)
Unique gentle drum
The unique, patented VarioDrum system gently and effectively washes all types of clothing by distributing water evenly without stretching, creasing or damaging your favourite items. The teardrop-shaped perforations of the drum and the asymmetrical paddles of the BOSCH WGG244Z9BY washing machine gently turn your laundry towards the centre, regardless of the direction of rotation. This ensures not only an intensive wash for heavily soiled laundry, but also a faster and more thorough wash cycle.
The BOSCH WGG244Z9BY washing machine will save you water and money
Our Active Water Plus technology delivers perfect results while using only the necessary amount of water for each wash. Thanks to the highly efficient water management technology, the exact amount of laundry is automatically detected and the water consumption is adjusted accordingly. Save up to 50% water when washing smaller loads.
Hygiene Plus programme
You will also appreciate the programme for hygienic washing, which effectively kills 99.99% of germs even at 40°C.
AntiVibration side panel
The innovative design of the side panels is not only eye-catching, but also provides high stability, reduces vibrations and significantly minimises the noise level. This makes Bosch washing machines very quiet, even during spinning.
Automatic drum clean reminder
The BOSCH WGG244Z9BY washing machine also has a drum cleaning programme. If you wash regularly below 40°C, 20 times in a row, the machine will alert you that it is time to use the cleaning programme.
Programme for dark colours
Stop dark clothes from fading after just a few washes! A special programme for dark clothes keeps its colour and vibrancy, making it look like new for longer. You'll never have to worry about your favourite black T-shirt turning grey again!
AntiStain stain removal
With the AntiStain Removal system, the BOSCH washing machine can easily handle four types of stubborn stains. The system automatically adjusts the temperature, drum movement and rinse time to easily and fully automatically remove up to four of the most stubborn types of stains - from butter or oil, grass, red wine or blood.
Delayed start function
Choose a time within 24 hours for the wash to be completed.
Extra quiet operation with a noise level of only 70dB
The BOSCH WGG244Z9BY washing machine operates at a noise level of just 70dB, so it won't disturb you during the day. You can also wash your laundry in the evening without worrying about disturbing those around you.
