The hygienically tested BOSCH dishwasher
Viruses such as corona or influenza are effectively eliminated in a BOSCH dishwasher, even with the Eco 50°C programme, which has been tested by the Institute for Integrative Hygiene and Virology (Hygiene Level 1 label). An even higher level of hygiene can be achieved by using programmes with higher temperatures in your BOSCH dishwasher, which are effective against more resistant viruses, including enveloped and non-enveloped viruses. In BOSCH dishwashers, these criteria are met by the Intensive 70°C programme and the Machine Care maintenance programme (Hygiene Level 3 label).

Using Home Connect technology, you can control the BOSCH SMS6ECC12E dishwasher from anywhere using the mobile app. Conveniently set a wash programme, use remote appliance diagnostics or get recommendations for the right programme for your dishes. The app also has a tablet counter, so you'll never forget to buy new tablets. Thanks to its compatibility with Amazon Alexa, you can also control the dishwasher with your voice.

Stacking dishes in the dishwasher is now much easier. The adaptable Max Flex Pro baskets allow you to easily stack all types of dishes and ensure they are stored safely. Thanks to the improved sliding system, loading and unloading the dishwasher is smooth and easy.
Flexible baskets for greater comfort
If you need even more space, the Bosch SMS6ECC12E is equipped with a VarioDrawer cutlery tray that adds an extra storage level at the top of the dishwasher, making it much easier to load and increasing its capacity. It's the ideal place for cutlery and small kitchen utensils like ladles, whisks or espresso cups. This drawer replaces the cutlery basket in the lower basket, leaving you more space in the bottom of the dishwasher.
Extra Clean Zone
Dried-on food residue on your dishes? The BOSCH SMS6ECC12E dishwasher can handle it with ease. Before each wash, you can activate the additional Extra Clean Zone function, which targets the upper basket of the dishwasher. Three rotating jets rinse the dishes very intensively, without using more detergent or a higher temperature. Very dirty dishes no longer need to be pre-soaked.
