Choose the right size
The sizing corresponds to your standard shoe size. To ensure the insole fits perfectly in your shoe, remove the original insole and use it as a template. Then, carefully trim the toe of the new insole with scissors. This ensures that the insole will not wrinkle inside the shoe and the anatomical zones will be exactly where they should be. To maintain maximum comfort and effectiveness, we recommend replacing the insoles every 6 to 12 months, depending on the intensity of your sporting activities.
