Carrier (cornstarch), gelatin, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), iron (LIPOFER® - liposomal ferric diphosphate), anti-caking agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), dye (zinc oxide), antioxidants (sunflower lecithin, a mixture of tocopherols α, γ, δ), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), carriers (modified food starch, sucrose), emulsifier (medium chain glycerides).
Recommended dosage
The recommended dose is 1 capsule in the morning on an empty stomach.
