The dexterous single-handed chainsaw METABO MS 18 LTX 15 with a cutting bar length of 15 cm is suitable for cutting smaller pieces of wood or trimming trees, shrubs and greenery. In combination with the MS Telescopic Bar (optional accessory), the Mini Chainsaw can also be used for cutting branches at height. The compact design, light weight and rubberised gripping surfaces make the saw very easy to handle. Smooth and precise cuts with minimal vibration are ensured by a 1/4" tooth pitch saw chain that reaches speeds of up to 5 m/s. There is also a quick-release cap and tensioning tool on the cover, which allow easy and quick chain change or tensioning. Operator safety during cutting is enhanced by a hand guard, saw blade guard and safety switch to prevent accidental starting. The package includes a hexagon wrench and bio oil (100 ml) for the saw chain. Supplied without battery and charger.

One battery for different brands of tools
The METABO MS 18 LTX 15 is powered by a 18V CAS battery that provides high performance and allows recharging without the risk of capacity loss due to memory effect. In addition, you can flexibly use the battery to power other cordless tools and machines of different brands that belong to the CAS (Cordless Alliance System) battery alliance. With the Li-Power battery (18 V/2.0 Ah), the saw can cut up to 60 hardwood profiles with a diameter of 80 mm on a single charge. Battery and charger not included.
