There are many advantages to battery-powered machines. The electric motor is quiet, does not produce any smelly and toxic fumes. Compared to an internal combustion engine, you don't have to start the engine, perform regular maintenance, change oil and air filters. An electric motor is more reliable than a rather complicated internal combustion engine. However, the main disadvantage of a conventional electric machine is the need for a power cord. The cable restricts movement, and a little inattention can result in damage and possible electric shock.
Instructions for use of the charger:
Before starting to charge, check that the charger is clean and free from visible damage. Prepare a compatible battery from the HECHT 5040 programme and ensure that the charging process is carried out in a dry and well-ventilated environment at a temperature between 0-40 °C. Connect the charger to a standard 230 V / 50 Hz power socket. Then insert the battery into the charging slot. Make sure the battery is inserted correctly - it should click audibly. Once connected, an LED indicator is activated to inform you of the charging process. A red LED indicates that charging is in progress. When the LED turns green, the battery is fully charged and ready for use. When charging is complete, remove the battery from the charger and disconnect the device from the mains if you are no longer using it. Do not leave the battery unattended in the charger for long periods of time to avoid accidental damage or shortening the battery life.
