CATTARA NAPOLI is a freestanding gas grill that can be placed on a table, on a garden kitchen counter or other solid base. It offers the design of a classic grill with a grill grate, a grill plate and a pizza oven with the possibility of easy replacement. The whole grill is constructed of stainless steel. The interchangeable top parts are secured by wing screws. For easy maintenance, the grill is equipped with a pull-out shelf at the back to catch dripping fat.

Grill grate
The first possibility of using the CATTARA NAPOLI grill is to place the structure with a classic grill grate with a stainless steel grid. The grill with grill grate offers a grilling area of 40 × 31 cm. The grate is also provided with a cover underneath to protect the burner from fat dripping.
Grill plate
Another way to use the grill is to fit a grill plate made of solid steel plate with a surface area of 50 × 38 cm. The plate is analogous to the domestic "Teppanyaki". In the left corner, the plate is equipped with an opening located exactly above the removable grill drawer. The drawer itself can be used for dripping juices and juices from food, or just for dripping fat and keeping the grill clean.
Pizza stone
The grill also has a robust pizza oven construction. The oven is designed for easy use and quick pizza preparation. It offers an interior space of 44,5 × 38 cm fitted with a square pizza stone made of cordierite measuring 31 × 31 cm. The Cordierite ensures perfect baking of the pizza dough, the hot air is guided around the pizza through the side vents and thanks to the rounded ceiling it is concentrated in the middle of the oven, thus ensuring perfect and fast pizza preparation.
