Plenty of ports for everything
The USB hub expands your computer's connectivity with four USB 5Gb/s data ports, specifically two USB-A ports and two USB-C ports. The USB 5Gb/s (USB 3.2 Gen 1) interface supports transfer speeds of up to 5Gb/s and lets you connect flash drives, external SSDs, keyboards, mice, and other USB peripherals.
USB connector for additional power
The front of the USB hub features a separate USB-C port for additional power, which does not support data transfer. Connecting a standard USB power adapter helps ensure a stable power supply when simultaneously using multiple power-hungry peripherals, such as several external drives. When connecting standard office accessories, external power is not usually required.
For notebooks with a shortage of ports
The combination of USB-A and USB-C data ports makes it easy to connect accessories to modern notebooks with a limited number of USB connectors, without needing to buy adapters or replace existing devices. Plug & Play technology allows for immediate use without driver installation, while Hot Plug support lets you connect and disconnect peripherals while the operating system is running.
