The AXAGON HMC-8HLSA 9-in-1 multiport USB-C 5Gbps hub expands your laptop, computer or phone with nine ports. You can easily and quickly connect a monitor, three USB devices, a Gigabit Ethernet network, headphones with a microphone, and an SD card reader to your computer via the reversible USB-C connector. You also get the ability to power your laptop using Power Delivery technology. This port replicator gives you a simple and compact 9-in-1 docking station for not only Windows laptops but also Apple notebooks such as the MacBook Air or MacBook Pro. The USB hub offers three USB outputs with a standard USB-A connector. Two of them with a speed of 5Gbps and one with a speed of 480Mbps for connecting a mouse or keyboard. The hub can also handle the permanent connection of several external drives at the same time. Thanks to the fast USB 3.2 Gen 1 interface, the transfer speed of the hub is up to 5Gb/s. The USB-C connector is reserved only for charging phones or laptops using Power Delivery 3.0 technology with a power of up to 100W. You plug a suitable USB-C Power Delivery charger into the hub and connect the hub to a laptop that supports Power Delivery. This also frees up one USB-C port on your laptop.

High refresh rates are also supported in popular gaming resolutions like 2K/144Hz or FullHD/240Hz. With HDR (High Dynamic Range) support, you can enjoy a significantly wider range of colours and contrasts without any limitations. For the video output to work correctly, the laptop must have a USB-C port with DisplayPort Alternate Mode (DP Alt Mode) support or a Thunderbolt 3, 4 or higher port.
Gigabit Network Card
The Gigabit network card expands the computer with a fast and stable network connection, adds a missing RJ-45 Ethernet connector, or adds another network card. The card reader supports all versions of SD and microSD cards, including SDXC and microSDXC with a capacity of up to 2TB. The card reader allows you to work with cards in both slots simultaneously and copy directly between them. The audio output is routed to a 3.5mm jack and allows you to connect stereo headphones with a microphone.
Plug and Play and Hot Plug

Thanks to the Plug and Play and Hot Plug functions, connecting the hub itself is very simple without complicated installation, and you can also easily connect and disconnect peripherals while the computer is running. Support for the above max. resolutions and frequencies requires connection to a computer with DisplayPort version 1.4.
For the video output to function, the hub must be plugged into a USB-C port that supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode (DP Alt Mode) or a USB-C port that supports Thunderbolt 3/4. A suitable OS is also required. Without this support, the video output function will not be available.
