The Compass FREEZE 40L car cooler contains a compressor, which, together with the refrigerant, ensures the correct temperature for food and drinks inside. The car cooler can be powered from a standard electrical socket at home or from a car cigarette lighter socket. ECO and HI modes, together with intelligent protection against discharging the connected battery, increase the reliability and comfort of the cool box. The box is equipped with a Bluetooth module for use with the Car Fridge Freezer mobile app, also available in English. The app is used for easy operation and control of the ALPICOOL device's functions. In the app, it is possible to display the current values and status of the device and at the same time set the temperature, cooling mode, battery protection level, and more. It can be used after downloading the app for Apple or Android devices.

The Compass FREEZE 40L car cooler can also be used as a portable freezer, which expands its range of uses. The outer shell of the cooler is made of sturdy grey plastic which, in combination with the polyurethane internal insulation, reduces electricity consumption to a minimum. The cooler can be powered from standard 230V electrical sockets as well as from 12V or 24V sockets in a car or boat. Whether you decide to use the FREEZE 40L cool box as a cooler with a temperature from 0 to 10°C or as a freezer with temperatures down to -20°C, you will always be protected by the intelligent system that prevents the battery from discharging. The ECO system then takes care of saving electricity, and the HI mode ensures the contents are rapidly cooled down to -20°C. For better clarity, the cooler also has an easy-to-read display and buttons for convenient operation.
