The ASUS ProArt Router PRT-BE5000 supports the WiFi 7 standard and operates as a dual-band device with a total transfer speed of up to 5,000Mbps. The router is designed for seamless wireless connectivity in homes and creative studios, supporting MLO, 4096-QAM, OFDMA, Beamforming, and channel widths of up to 160MHz. Fast task processing is ensured by a 2.0GHz quad-core processor, along with 1GB of RAM and 128MB of flash memory. The device is equipped with five internal antennas (2 for the 2.4GHz band and 3 for the 5GHz band) and supports transmission on both the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands.

Connectivity and AiMesh Technology
The wireless network operates on two frequency bands with a total transfer speed of up to 5,000Mbps. The router uses the WiFi 7 standard and supports 4096-QAM, OFDMA, Beamforming, and channel widths up to 160MHz for fast and efficient wireless connectivity. Transfer speeds reach up to 4,320Mbps on the 5GHz band and up to 688Mbps on the 2.4GHz band. To extend coverage, the router supports AiMesh technology, which allows you to connect multiple compatible ASUS routers into a single, expandable, and secure network. The device can function as a Primary AiMesh Router or as an AiMesh Node, making it easy to expand an existing wireless infrastructure. WiFi 7 AiMesh technology helps create a flexible network with compatible ASUS routers.
Advanced Network Security
Network protection is provided by the AiProtection system along with support for WPA/WPA2/WPA3-Personal, WPA/WPA2-Enterprise, WPS, Let's Encrypt, DNS-over-TLS, SSH, Security Scan, and Firewall encryption. Security also includes Router Security Assessment and Malicious Site Blocking. The router supports secure remote connections via Instant Guard, VPN Client (L2TP, OpenVPN, PPTP, WireGuard) and VPN Server (IPSec, OpenVPN, PPTP, WireGuard). Parental controls such as Time Scheduling, Safe Browsing, and Customised Internet Schedule are also available.
Connectivity Options
Wired connectivity is provided by fast Ethernet ports for stable transfer of large data volumes. The router is equipped with one 2.5G WAN port, one 2.5G LAN port, and three 1G LAN ports, which enable high-speed connection of network devices. The combination of gigabit and 2.5-gigabit interfaces provides sufficient performance for demanding work and home network environments.
