Powerful power delivery and premium components
The eight-phase power delivery with digital regulation ensures a stable power supply to the processor, even under heavy loads. The 50A power chokes achieve up to three times better saturation current compared to traditional solutions, which guarantees higher Vcore voltage stability. The PCB, made of two copper layers with high-density glass fibre, minimises the gaps between layers, protects against electrical shorts caused by moisture, and also ensures lower operating temperatures when overclocking.
Fast storage with dual M.2
Two M.2 slots support 2280 format SSDs, with the primary Hyper M.2 slot offering full PCIe Gen4 x4 bandwidth for NVMe drives. The secondary M.2 slot operates in PCIe Gen3 x2 or SATA3 mode, providing flexibility in choosing storage solutions. AMD StoreMI technology automatically combines the speed of an SSD with the capacity of a hard drive into a single logical unit, moving the most frequently used data to the faster medium.
Graphics outputs and connectivity
The combination of HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort 1.4 allows for the connection of modern displays with 4K resolution at a 60Hz refresh rate, ensuring a smoother picture with minimal blurring. Realtek Gigabit LAN provides a stable network connection, while eight USB 3.2 Gen1 ports and six USB 2.0 ports provide plenty of connectors for all peripherals. The Realtek ALC887/897 7.1-channel HD audio codec delivers a high-quality sound output for demanding users.
Expandability and personalisation
Three PCIe slots include one PCIe 4.0 x16 for modern graphics cards, one PCIe 3.0 x16, and one PCIe 3.0 x1 for other expansion cards with support for AMD CrossFireX technology. Integrated RGB headers let you connect standard and addressable LED strips up to two metres long to create your own lighting effects synchronised via Polychrome RGB. Surge protection shields sensitive components from damage, and the ASRock Live Update & APP Shop tool simplifies firmware updates and system management.
