“Preventing this type of attack is extremely difficult. The existing defense techniques are not bulletproof. Furthermore, such attacks are led out of our infrastructure, consequently out of our control,” explained Petr Chlumsky, IT director Alza.cz. “At this moment, we are trying to have our IP address removed from the blacklists so that our websites are available to all our clients again,” he added.
When experiencing difficulties connecting to our website, we advise our customers to either contact our customer helplines or directly their internet providers. Upon the information that they block the website, the providers can manually whitelist it.
We want to assure our customers that their data safety has remained fully intact.
