Through the lens of the Arlo Essential Video Doorbell, you'll see vivid footage full of detail in Full HD resolution. The square field of view captures visitors at the front door from head to toe, so you'll always know exactly who you're dealing with. As soon as someone presses the doorbell, an alert pops up on your mobile phone and you can conveniently answer. The Arlo video doorbell has been designed to withstand temperature fluctuations and the vagaries of weather, so it has no problem operating in temperatures ranging from -20 °C to 45 °C. Precise protection is provided by a polycarbonate cover.
The Arlo Essential video doorbell can deter uninvited guests
As soon as the Arlo video doorbell detects motion, you will receive an alert on your smartphone. You can then immediately look at the intruder and take action. The video doorbell is equipped with an intelligent siren with a volume of 80 dB, which can be heard up to 30 metres away. This siren can activate itself immediately after the camera detects movement.
Configurable privacy
Security is key, but so is privacy. That's why Arlo has made it possible for the video doorbell to set privacy zones. Arlo Essential Video Doorbell will not record in these settings. Typically, these are neighbours' front gardens, public paths and the like.
