Arduino is an Open-Source platform for easy design and development of electronic programmable devices. It is very suitable for fast prototyping of toys, devices and control and control applications without the need for deeper knowledge of electronics principles. Without the need for soldering and with a simple development environment and programming language, you can create serious monitoring devices with different sensors, or build a remote-controlled robot.
Arduino Esplora is a development board with the AVR Atmega32U4 microcontroller derived from Arduino Leonardo. Unlike other boards, Arduino is shaped like a gamepad and provides a broad spectrum of sensors and environmentally friendly components. It includes a joystick, a sliding potentiometer, an accelerometer and a temperature sensor. A connector for connecting the TFT LCD is also available. These features will make Arduino Esplora a custom-designed gaming console.
The advantage of Arduino is simple connection to the computer and programming equipment. Arduino Esplora is equipped with a micro USB connector and connects to a PC as a serial port. Custom programming is done in a simple Arduino IDE environment using a language derived from Wiring. The code is very clear and separates the programmer from the complex hardware configuration.
