Easy cleaning

To make cleaning the AMICA SS 15 EBW cooker easier, the inside of the oven is coated with a special easy-to-clean EasyClean enamel, free from pores and hollows where dirt and grease can settle. The steam cleaning function and the special dirt-repellent coating help you keep the oven clean with ease. Water vapour softens any dried-on grime inside the cavity, so you can then easily wipe it away with a damp cloth or sponge. Just pour 0.5L of water onto a baking tray, switch on the programme, and once it's finished, quickly wipe the inside of the oven clean – effortlessly,
 and with no dirt left behind.
