Flexible cooking zones for easier cooking
The major advantage of the AMICA KMC 742 610 C model is its expandable HiLight cooking zones that adapt to the shape and size of your cookware. The oval cooking zone is ideal for long roasters or griddle pans, while the dual zone efficiently heats both small and large pots with no wasted energy. Nine power levels give you full control over heating intensity, from gentle melting to a rapid boil. Automatic power regulation helps optimise energy consumption and ensures stable operation.
Safe and intuitive control
Touch controls with a clear LED display let you quickly adjust the power, activate the timer or turn on the child lock. The residual heat indicator clearly shows which cooking zones remain hot after turning off, significantly reducing the risk of burns. The child lock protects the hob from accidental activation, which is ideal during cleaning or in households with children. You can use the timer to automatically turn off a cooking zone, or simply as a practical minute minder.
Timeless design and easy maintenance
The smooth glass surface of this ceramic hob is very easy to clean and withstands the daily wear and tear of a busy kitchen. The frameless built-in design allows flush mounting into the worktop, leaving no gaps where dirt could collect. The black finish with no logo has a minimalist feel that blends seamlessly into your kitchen, making it perfect for lovers of clean, modern design. The robust construction of the hob ensures a long lifespan and stable performance.
