The Alpinestars Supertech S-M10 TLD helmet in size L is designed for motocross riders who demand a high level of protection and comfort. Its multi-composite shell with 3K carbon combines low weight with durability. The inner core, made of EPS polystyrene with 4 densities, effectively absorbs impact energy. The safety features are complemented by the MIPS system to reduce rotational forces and the ERS emergency release cheek pads. Thanks to the A-HEAD system, you can precisely adjust the helmet's interior.

Advanced shell construction

The helmet's shell is made of a multi-composite material, with an outer layer of 3K carbon providing strength and energy dispersion. Each layer plays a specific role in transferring and distributing impact forces. The inner core consists of EPS polystyrene with 4 different densities, which absorbs impact energy. Thanks to this construction, the helmet not only meets but also exceeds the ECE and DOT homologation values and also complies with the requirements for FIM racing. In direct impact tests, it achieves results that are 46% better than the standard requires.

A-HEAD system for a customised fit

A proper fit is crucial for comfort and safety. That's why the helmet features the patented A-HEAD system for individual adjustment of the inner liner. The system lets you adjust the height and circumference of the interior to precisely match the shape of your head. The top part of the liner can also be set to three different positions. The entire interior is removable, washable and has a hypoallergenic treatment. Thermal comfort is handled by a ventilation system with 28 ports that ensure airflow.

Additional safety and functional features

The helmet integrates additional elements to enhance safety. A key feature is the MIPS system, which reduces the rotational forces that occur during angled impacts. The lower part of the helmet has a redesigned design with a softer trim to help protect the collarbone. The cheek pads are equipped with the ERS emergency release system. The aerodynamically shaped peak has a patented quick-release mechanism and comes with an extension adapter for protection against the sun and mud.
