The Alpinestars S-M5 SAIL motocross helmet is designed to protect you during off-road riding. The thermoplastic shell is available in two sizes. An EPS core with five different densities absorbs impact energy, distributing the forces in the event of a crash. The ventilation system provides airflow, while the hypoallergenic interior contributes to high comfort.

The Alpinestars S-M5 helmet is designed with safety in mind. The outer thermoplastic shell contains an inner EPS core with five densities. This combination helps to absorb impact energy. The lower profile of the helmet is designed to transfer forces to the collarbone in the event of an impact. The profile of the chin area is redesigned for increased protection. The entire construction meets ECE 22.06 homologation.

Comfortable and hygienic interior

Riding comfort is provided by a fully removable and washable interior. The fabric contains Silverplus® antibacterial fibres, which help maintain freshness and prevent odours. The cheek pads feature the ERS (Emergency Release System). The hypoallergenic treatment of the material is gentle on the skin and contributes to overall comfort.

Practical features and effective ventilation

The S-M5 helmet also includes practical features. A ventilation system with multiple intake and exhaust ports ensures airflow and head cooling. A patented mechanism enables quick release of the visor. Routing for a hydration pack hose is prepared. Fastening is secured by double D-rings made of stainless steel.
