Why take Cholesten?
Cholesten is a unique dietary supplement. It contains natural substances that contribute to the maintenance of healthy cholesterol levels. It is based on Red Fermented Rice containing monacolin K and high quality fish oil containing omega 3 fatty acids EPA and DHA. The composition is further synergistically complemented by plant sterols (phytosterols), black garlic extract and reishi, which contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. It does not contain gluten, lactose or milk protein.
Basic ingredients and effects of ADVANCE Cholesten
- It is based on red rice extract, which, thanks to the action of the yeast Monascus purpureus, contains a high amount of substances called monacolins, the main one being monacolin K. The unique combination of natural ingredients is further complemented by plant sterols, black garlic extract and reishi extract, which support the maintenance of healthy cholesterol levels.
- It also contains high quality MEG-3 fish oil with OMEGA-3 unsaturated fatty acids DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid). Adequate intake of DHA and EPA (250 mg per day) contributes to normal heart function.
- A sufficient intake of plant sterols in the diet (0.8 g per day) contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels.
- Garlic supports the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels and promotes heart health.
- Reishi supports normal blood cholesterol levels and normal circulatory function.

MEG-3 fish oil (omega-3 15%), gelatine, fermented red rice extract (monacolins 4%), soy extract (phytosterols 90%), fermented garlic extract, reishi extract (beta-glucans 70%), inulin, magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent).
Recommended dosage
Recommended dose 1 capsule per day. Take preferably after meals. Drink enough. The package contains 60 capsules.
Notice
It should not be taken by pregnant and lactating women, children under 18 years of age and adults over 70 years of age. It should not be taken if you are already taking cholesterol-lowering medication or if you are already taking other products containing fermented red rice. Ask your doctor for advice about taking this medicine if you develop any health problems. Do not use if known hypersensitivity to any of the product ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. It is not taught as a substitute for a varied diet.
