Can I return goods without any reason?

Yes, goods can be returned without giving any reason within 30 days of receiving them. Please note that the goods must be in the original packaging and undamaged.

How do I return products?
- If you return products within 30 days, you must register the return online by logging in to your My Alza account and filling in the required information in the Return Goods section.

Can I return any kind of goods?

When will I get my money back?

Online Card Payments:
Bank accounts are refunded within 14 days of receiving your return order or contract withdrawal via International Bank transfer.
PayPal Payments:
PayPal accounts are refunded immediately upon receipt of your returned order or contract withdrawal.
In what condition should I return the goods?

Your order should be returned in the same state that you received it – with complete documentation, undamaged, clean, and with all original packaging and parts.

If items are not returned in their original condition, you may not be refunded the entire amount of your purchase.
Can I return goods I received as a gift?

Yes, you can. Please make sure to include the receipt.
