Selenium and zinc are among the most important minerals for the body. We have taken the effects to the next level by adding beta carotene and 3 natural extracts that work synergistically with the minerals.
Enriched with natural extracts rich in antioxidants
In addition to selenium and zinc, we have added vitamin A in the form of natural beta-carotene, which contributes to the maintenance of normal vision, skin and immune system function. To supplement, we've included extracts of ginger and turmeric and acerola, a natural source of vitamin C that helps protect cells from oxidative stress.

Turmeric root powder (Curcuma longa), HPMC capsules (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), Ginger root powder (Zingiber officinale), acerola fruit powder (Malpighia glabra), zinc (zinc bisglycinate), vitamin A (beta-carotene), selenium (selenomethionine).
Recommended dosage
1 capsule in the morning / at noon after meals (not fasting). If you take multiple supplements (e.g. magnesium, iron, calcium), do not take them at the same time as zinc as they may reduce absorption - allow at least 2-3 hours between them.
