Storage options with support for modern standards

The board provides three M.2 slots with different speed profiles: the first Blazing M.2 slot supports PCIe Gen5 x4 with a transfer speed of 128Gb/s, the second Hyper M.2 slot operates with PCIe Gen4 x4 (64Gb/s), and the third Ultra M.2 slot supports both SATA3 and PCIe Gen3 x4 (32Gb/s). All M.2 slots are equipped with a screwless mounting system and multi-layer aluminium heatsinks with a quick-release mechanism. For traditional storage, there are four SATA III connectors with a speed of 6Gb/s, two of which are connected directly to the chipset and two via an ASMedia ASM1061 controller. The system supports RAID 0 and RAID 1 configurations for SATA drives, and RAID 0, RAID 1, and RAID 10 for NVMe storage.

Cooling system for stable operation

The motherboard utilises an optimised aluminium heatsink design for effective heat dissipation from the power circuits. All three M.2 slots are fitted with large aluminium heatsinks featuring anti-drop screws, while the underside of the M.2 sockets benefits from additional cooling dissipated through the PCB. A total of six 4-pin PWM fan connectors and one connector for a water pump (AIO_PUMP) allow you to connect a complete cooling system with intelligent speed control. The front-panel USB 3.2 Gen2x2 Type-C connector reaches speeds of 20Gb/s. The board offers four USB 3.2 Gen1 ports on the rear panel, two on the front panel, and nine USB 2.0 ports. Network connectivity is handled by a Realtek Dragon 2.5G LAN controller with a transfer speed of 2.5Gb/s. The Realtek ALC1220 audio codec supports 7.1-channel output, an optical S/PDIF port, and Nahimic Audio technology. The rear panel also features an HDMI 2.1 port with 4K resolution at 120Hz.

Personalisation and user-friendly features

RGB lighting is controlled by one RGB LED header (12V/3A) and three addressable RGB LED headers (5V/3A), compatible with ASRock Polychrome SYNC and SignalRGB.
