Kosmos construction set
Electronic robotic arm
The Kosmos Electronic robotic arm lets children aged 10 and up build their own working model inspired by industrial robotic arms. The design uses five electric motors and a control unit to control movements in five axes up to 300°. The arm can rotate, extend and bend individual parts to manipulate objects. LED lighting makes it easier to use in low-light conditions. A colour-illustrated manual guides you through the assembly step by step and introduces the basics of robotics and engineering. Operation requires four LR20 batteries, which are not included.
Key features of the Kosmos Electronic robotic arm construction set
- Suitable for children aged 10 and up – introduces the basics of robotics and engineering in a fun way
- Five electric motors – power the movement of individual robotic arm parts
- Five-axis control – lets you control various movements of the arm
- Up to 300° range of movement – offers wide manipulation possibilities
- LED lighting – helps illuminate the workspace when using the arm
- Illustrated manual – guides you through the model assembly step by step
- Powered by four LR20 batteries – batteries are not included
Five-axis movement
Five electric motors let you control individual parts of the arm using the control unit. The model can rotate, extend and bend up to a range of 300°. Children can watch how the coordinated movements of individual parts enable the robotic arm to manipulate objects.
LED lighting for a better view
Integrated LED lighting extends the usability of the robotic arm even in low light. It helps illuminate the workspace when manipulating objects and adds another practical feature to the model.
Assembly and learning about robotics
The individual parts connect without glue by sliding, clicking and screwing together. A colour-illustrated manual explains the assembly process step by step and provides additional information on robotics and engineering principles. The construction set thus combines building activities with learning how robotic devices work.
With the Kosmos electronic robotic arm, children turn into little engineers and discover how five motors bring their own robotic model to life.
