Maintenance Tip:
Clean the knife regularly, because the substances that remain on the knife (dust, dirt, food residues...) get stuck between the handcuffs, which are then difficult to open. If the knife cannot be opened easily, dip it in warm water for a while and move the cuffs, then wipe dry with a clean cloth. Leave the knife open for approximately 20 minutes to evaporate any water that has not been removed. It is recommended to lubricate the knife with Victorinox oil at least once every 6 months.
