Spokey Fishi Yoga Half Circle

The Spokey Fishi training aid is a half-wheel designed for yoga, pilates, stretching and balance exercises. Its shape makes stretching easier and helps you hold positions that require greater flexibility. The structure with its textured surface relaxes tense muscles, while exercising on the half-wheel requires active balancing, which strengthens your core stability muscles. The aid has a maximum user weight capacity of 150kg and is also suitable for people with a sedentary job to help relieve back tension.

More Than Just a Yoga Half-Wheel

The Spokey Fishi half-wheel has a special structure that requires you to balance your body correctly. This contributes to greater engagement of the muscles responsible for stabilising your posture. You need to maintain your balance during training, which strengthens not only specific muscle groups but also your agility and coordination. This makes the half-wheel a versatile aid that can be used not only for yoga, but also for pilates, stretching or coordination exercises.

Support for Stretching and Exercise

Using the Spokey Fishi half-wheel during your workout helps to increase physical fitness, flexibility and control over your own body. The exercises performed with it improve range of motion and muscle flexibility. The half-wheel can also be used to release tension in the arms, chest or lower back. Exercising with this aid is especially recommended for people who have a sedentary job as it helps to relieve pressure on the spine.
