The Osprey Hikelite 28 hiking backpack is designed for lighter hikes and more demanding treks. Thanks to the traditional backpack design with access to the main compartment via a zipper on the front panel, you can see the contents of the backpack. The AirSpeed™ back system with LightWire alloy frame ensures efficient ventilation and stability, while the breathable panel enhances overall wearing comfort. The padded waist belt is equipped with a zippered pocket and an elastic mesh pocket, as well as an adjustable chest strap with emergency whistle and a removable 25mm stabilization strap.

Functional equipment and emphasis on comfort

The pack offers a wealth of storage and functional features - deep side pockets made of stretch mesh for bottles, a front stretch pocket for stowing your jacket, an external zippered pocket with a key clip, or an internal hydration pack compartment with a hose outlet and Osprey Hydraclip clip for easy hanging. Two upper compression straps allow fixation of trekking poles, while the lower compression straps improve stability under full load. Two separate loops for trekking poles and an integrated rain cover in the lower zipped pocket complete the practical equipment. The backpack is made of 100% recycled nylon with bluesign® certification and PVC-free DWR water repellent treatment.
