Recommended dosage and use of Nutrend 100% Whey Protein
Mix 30 g of protein in 250 ml of water. Depending on your daily protein needs, consume 1-3 servings per day, specifically between meals. The maximum dosage is 3 doses per day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Mix the required amount of protein in a shaker according to the instructions (1 scoop = approx. 15 g). Once opened, store at 25 °C and use within 3 months.
