Blade material
Damascus steel with cutting core made of Japanese stainless steel VG10 hardened to 60 HRC +-2 HRC. The very hard cutting core is surrounded on both sides by steel with high toughness and elasticity, which ensures the knife is unbreakable while maintaining a long-lasting edge. The blade (cutting core and side damascus steel around the cutting core) is made entirely of stainless steel and at the same time a very hard cutting core is achieved. This is evidence of a quality material, where the component that ensures that the steel does not corrode is combined with a material that ensures high hardness.
