The construction of the HMS HHW12 plus size massage hula hoop with weights consists of 28 identical parts that fold into each other. In order to close the hoop, you need to use at least 14 pieces, which then form a circle with an inner diameter of 15 centimetres, if you connect all 28 pieces, then the inner diameter will be 40 centimetres. The HHW12 is suitable for waist circumferences from 46 to 125 centimetres. Individual parts hide a rail, into which the anchor is inserted before closing, which is fitted with six ball bearing castors. A weight of 400 grams is attached to the anchor by a length-adjustable string.
Adjusting the length of the string and adjusting the intensity of the workout
The string can be set to a length of 22 to 38 centimetres, by changing the length of the string the resulting centrifugal force of the weight is set - the longer the string, the "heavier" the weight will be. The length of the HHW12 HMS plus size hoop is adjusted according to the waist circumference so that it is loose enough but does not fall over the hips. Once the length has been set, the hoop is locked with the coupling piece, which is fitted with levers to operate the lock. The weight will then "dive" in the direction you twist your hips.
