The GSI Outdoors Guidecast cast iron oven offers excellent heat distribution and is 30% lighter than conventional cast iron. The nitrided surface of the oven ensures permanent corrosion resistance. Other advantages include a polished bottom that allows cooking on the stove, fire, oven and induction plate. When used in a fire, the oven can be recessed into the hot coals or used as a hanging pot over the fire. The GSI Outdoors Guidecast Dutch Oven is easy to clean using a hand wash with warm water and salt. Allow to dry thoroughly before further use.
