Types of fitness machine

• Treadmills - used for indoor walking or running; there are motorised and non-motorised models, which are powered by your own movement. 
• Exercise bikes - the basis of every home gym, exercise bikes simulate cycling and often monitor your heart rate, distance travelled and calories burned.
• Ellipticals - combine the functions of an exercise bike and a treadmill to simulate the natural movement of the body. They can be manually operated or controlled using the current heart rate of the user.
• Rowing machines - exercise muscle groups in the back, hands, legs, buttocks and abdomen. A great combination of aerobic exercise and strength training.
• Steppers - simulate walking up stairs; suitable for strengthening and burning fat in the legs, hips and buttocks. 
• Fitness benches - the perfect accessory for strength training with dumbbells and weights.
