Preparation
Mix the contents of 1 scoop (30 g) of Super Hydro 80 DH32 in 150-200 ml of water.
Recommended dosage
It depends on body weight, sports activity and diet composition. It is recommended to divide the daily dose (2-6 servings) into 2-3 servings. Thanks to the high content of short peptides with fast utilization, this protein is suitable for post-workout consumption, or just after a workout. even before training and in the morning on an empty stomach.
