Extrifit Iontex Forte is a complex ionic and regenerative drink designed to replenish fluids, minerals, vitamins and energy during and after physical exercise. It contains a carbohydrate matrix composed of dextrose, maltodextrin and isomaltulose (Palatinose), which ensures the gradual release of energy.

Citric acid (acidity regulator), beta carotene dye (for orange flavour), chlorophyll dye (for apple flavour), beetroot dye (for cherry and raspberry flavours), aroma, sucralose (sweetener).
Preparation
For a hypotonic drink, dissolve 20 g (1 scoop) in 450-600 ml of water (osmolality less than 250 mOsm/kg). For an isotonic drink, dissolve 20 g (1 scoop) in 350 ml of water (osmolality range 275-305 mOsm/kg).
Recommended dosage
Take 20 min before and during training. Individuals with lower body weight and/or lower exercise intensity take 20 g. Individuals with higher body weight and/or higher exercise intensity take 40 g. The maximum daily dose is 4 scoops.
Storage
Store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 25 °C, carefully sealed, protect from direct sunlight and from frost.
