Camp Piu 2.0 Blue

Camp Piu 2.0 Blue
The Camp Piu 2.0 Blue belay device was designed to provide optimum performance with the thinner ropes that have become popular in recent years. Thanks to a variable grooved design with smooth teeth on the braking side and narrower rope slots, the Piu 2.0 locks with more friction than other tube-style devices when used with thin ropes. Other features include the ability to set the device to auto-block mode for belaying a second, a large keeper hole that allows a locking carabiner to pass through completely, and a specially shaped hole that captures the nose of a Keylock carabiner (specifically designed for use with the HMS Nitro and HMS Compact Lock carabiners). The carabiner can then be used as a lever to release tension if the second climber locks the device in auto-block mode.
