Parameters of a professional espresso machine
A perfect cup of coffee requires properly treated and optimally ground coffee. The exact temperature of the water, the correct pressure and the entire extraction time. Sage coffee makers are designed to provide all 4 key elements needed to make a delicious cup, just like top professional machines. These properties are: optimal grinding of 19-22 g coffee for full flavour, precise water control +/-1 °C, low pressure preinfusion and extraction at 9 bar and sufficient steam pressure to create a silky smooth foam structure with micro bubbles.
