Hung on the door, it doesn't get in the way and the smell doesn't seem to linger in the car. If it works like this, as it seems to be working so far, it will be great. It will probably be worse in the summer months, when it is 50°C or more in parked cars, so the water from the container will probably evaporate quickly and it will have to be constantly monitored and frequently refilled, but time will tell. So good so far.
