Unlike the sheet pan alternatives, the creme fraiche doesn't stick to them, even with store-bought puff pastry. And I didn't manage to cut myself on them either.
You can easily take off the creme fraiche even if you forget to brush the tube with butter or oil beforehand.
Thanks to their non-stick properties, they are easy to wash.
After many experiences I can say that I have not found better tubes for kremrole on the market.
