This is a defective product from Alza, because it was purchased 2 months ago and has been serviced twice. They are not interested in settling the complaint positively!. The mixer makes crazy screeching and squeaking noises when kneading and whisking (probably faulty gearing or the wheels rubbing against each other) but according to the service and Alza it is fine. So nothing from them!
