An incredibly feature-packed EDC torch for the money. Robust aluminium body, intuitive controls, USB-C charging, and very versatile thanks to the integrated magnet and other optional accessories. For me, the best EDC pocket torch. Given the aluminium used (die-cast production), I assume the finish isn't a classic hard anodised coating, but paint. This comes off just by looking at it (some of the paint already stuck to the sticker warning you to remove the battery insulator before first use). But it doesn't affect the functionality, and for that price, I don't hold it against it.
Given the complaints from a number of people (in the reviews for the black model), it would probably be good to emphasise more in the description that the basic package doesn't include the headband, the extension for a longer battery, or the hands-free control. All of this has to be bought separately. This was clear to me from the description of the package contents at the end, and considering the price, I have no issue with it (for instance, the headband really costs pennies), but clearly a lot of people don't get it and expect a velvet-lined ebony gift box inlaid with gems and signed by the CEO for that fifteen quid.
robust construction
small, compact, powerful
intuitive operation
price/performance ratio
the finish (paint) doesn't last very long; expect the torch to get scuffed easily
