I bought as a gift and made happy. I couldn't find if it has a box, so I'm posting the info here. I ordered in a box and it came wrapped in bubble wrap.

Fast delivery
Seamless communication with Alsa regarding the damage incurred
This candle in the glass came broken.
Inappropriate choice of packaging material - the candle (weighing 609 grams) was wrapped in bubble wrap and then placed in a paper envelope with a bubble filler.
