I don't understand some of the reviews for this product. I don't know what cutlery or utensils they use, but I think the cutlery compartment is handy. The cutlery holds very well here and if you have taller glasses, the cutlery can be made smaller (this allows even very tall glasses to fit in the basket under the cutlery - I have this experience with metal shakers, they are taller than classic glasses). At the same time, again, the baskets are adjustable. So if the plate doesn't fit, someone must have set the height of the basket wrong. 😊 I have had three dishwashers and this one is the TOP for me.
Not to mention that many times I don't even hear the night mode and have to go see if the dishwasher is really washing 😀
