I have only owned the oven for a few days and have only managed to prepare a few meals. Unfortunately, I haven't tried any of the 6th Sense programs or the steam functions yet, I'm still working on that. And with the oven being new, I didn't even use any cleaning program. Classic baking is absolutely fine. The internal layout and grate holders is really cool and there is always the right position for the sheet metal. However, what I struggle with the most is the touch control, the buttons are relatively small, they are not properly visible and especially not backlit, but often hard to press. Ergonomics was probably also done by someone inexperienced or in a hurry, but hopefully you can get used to it in time. I have experience in application development and I have always paid the utmost attention to simplicity, clarity and basic intuitiveness of operation. Setting the temperature and time with the +/- buttons is annoying and slow. It would definitely be better to control the basic functions of the oven with a mechanical rotary knob. There's a water reservoir anyway, so it certainly wouldn't spoil the look. Favourite programmes can only be inserted after the baking process has finished when prompted. If you miss this prompt or press another button by mistake, it will disappear and not appear again. You cannot change or delete a favourite program, you can only overwrite it with another program.
If someone argues that you only do this once at the beginning anyway, imagine a situation where you are buying an oven for an elderly parent and you want to set their favourite programmes in advance.
