After the new year I ordered the product, delivery took about 5days and as soon as I opened the package I sent it to claim as it only contained one 2ml sachet. today I'm calling for the third time, because a refund or a new product is nowhere to be found.
instead of 10 times 2ml, only 2ml came
I have been dealing with the complaint for more than a month

Fortunately, I picked up the goods in person and dealt with the claim right away. Nobody thought it was strange that they sent only 2ml instead of 10x2ml.
Instead of a whole pack, it came in just one bag
